During the test drive, I clearly noticed a noise from the steering while moving left/right.
I informed the sales person & he promised it would be fixed before delivery.
I trusted him, paid the advance, and later made the full payment before delivery day.
On delivery day, I noticed 1 alloy wheel cap missing.
When I showed the listing photos (all 4 were visible), the salesperson said “Okay sir, I’ll arrange it in 2-3 days.”
I believed him and took the delivery.
But later that day, more issues started appearing.
After 2-3 days, an inspection person came, checked all problems & reported to the center.
But when the dashboard noise wasn’t coming at that time, he just noted it down as “intermittent.”
Soon I got a call from the service center and that’s where the real frustration began.
They said:
“All issues we can check under warranty, except steering & alloy cap.
Those were repaired by our refurb vendor before delivery.”
I called the sales person again — he said he hadn’t received mail from center.
Then center team mailed him, but still no response for days.
After 3-4 days, I called again — finally they told me to bring the car.
I spent 2 hours there. They said, “Part needs replacement, not available now, come tomorrow.”
Next day, I called 4-5 times just to confirm part arrival — no answer.
Then they gave me a number of yard manager
He said, “I don’t know any part. Come here, we’ll see.”
I again went to the service center.
Spent 2.5 hours.
3 different people checked the car.
Finally one said, “This noise is normal.”
Later I called the sales head (Mr. Rahul). He said, “Call service center, they’ll solve it.
I called service center — they arranged another inspection.
Another inspector came, checked, and confirmed the steering issue exists — but said it’s not covered under warranty.
They only took the car for indicator & dashboard sound issue.
Now it’s been 22 days, I’ve wasted time,
