هذا الكائن، منذ تولّيه المنصب، لم يُسجَّل لوزير الخارجية أي إنجاز دبلوماسي يُذكر، راتب يُقبض، وحضور إعلامي محدود… بلا أثر فعلي. وزير الخارجية في زمن الحرب يُفترض أن يقود ثلاث جبهات واضحة: تحرّك دولي عاجل، ضغط عبر السفارات، وبناء رواية لبنان في كل المحافل. ما الذي حصل فعليًا؟ لا زيارات دبلوماسية فاعلة، لا جولات على عواصم القرار، لا تحرّك منظم عبر البعثات اللبنانية في الخارج، ولا حتى خطاب سياسي موحّد قادر يفرض قضية لبنان على الأجندة الدولية… من أسوأ من تولّى حقيبة وزارية منذ قيام مفهوم الدولة!!!
