Important Update on Leaderboard & Winners – Transparency from DreamGameZ
We’ve received many questions regarding the leaderboard updates and winner announcements, and we want to address them openly.
Over the past few days, our team conducted a thorough review of all user profiles, using both automated system checks and detailed manual verification. During this process, we identified multiple issues that directly impacted real-time leaderboard updates — and this is why the leaderboard was temporarily paused.
Here’s what we found:
Spin the Wheel misuse
The Spin the Wheel feature was intended to be used once per user. However, we detected users spinning over 100 times per day, with some accounts showing 500–1000 spins daily, clearly violating fair-play rules.
DMZT rewards issued for cancelled Tap War games
While DMZT tokens should only be awarded to winners of completed Tap War games, we identified hundreds of instances where tokens were incorrectly issued for cancelled games.
Multiple accounts for unfair advantage
Some users created multiple accounts to gain unfair entry advantages. These were detected through IP address matching and behavioral patterns.
Malicious & suspicious activity
Any account found engaging in malicious or suspicious activity has been permanently blocked.
Because we take fairness seriously, our team invested significant time to:
✔ Identify these issues via system-level detection
✔ Manually vet flagged accounts to avoid false positives
As a result, 50+ accounts have been identified and blocked.
