UPDATE: “Himothy,” the “man” who terrorized my family, was arrested in March for violating his protective order and probation conditions - just weeks after being released on straight probation in February. In September of last year, “Himothy,” aka Tyrone Gilyard - an unhinged and activated Karmelo Anthony supporter - was arrested for threatening me and my family. He was later extradited to Texas on a $750,000 bond. He threatened to “end me” after my baby was born, kept a “day counter” until my due date, named the hospital, and even identified where my family members worked. He terrorized us for months. The DA has emailed me, and the probation violation case against Tyrone Gilyard is moving forward. Tyrone Gilyard is back in Texas after being extradited from Ohio and is currently sitting in the Smith County Jail. A court hearing on the Motion to Revoke his probation has been set for May 12 at 1330. According to the Smith County District Attorney’s Office, investigators are prepared to present evidence showing that Gilyard had been actively using social media throughout the duration of his probation - despite restrictions. From DAY ONE. Authorities, including the Texas Department of Public Safety, issued subpoenas tied to social media accounts connected to screenshots i sent to the DA’s office and the investigators. Those subpoena returns led to an IP address… which led to an internet service provider. Further subpoenas were issued to that provider. And Every Single digital trail pointed back to Gilyard aka Himothy. The DA’s office is expected to lay out that evidence in court on May 12th.
