SME investing, minus the circus. No profit screenshots. No FOMO creation. No ego flex. Only how the SME market actually works and stock-specific moves

The outcome of the talks in Islamabad could affect the stability of the Middle East, global energy security, and even the safety of millions of Indians who live and work in the Gulf countries. These talks, if succeed, will essentially save the world from the brink of an economic disaster. It is actually good for India. It is good for the Gulf countries, good for the Middle East, and good for the world. But Indian media is treating it almost like a cricket match between India and Pakistan. Every development is seen and discussed only through the lense of IndiaPak rivalry. They seem to be almost gloating over the prospect of its failure. India’s foreign policy success should come from India’s own strength and diplomacy, not from celebrating Pakistan’s failure. Can’t we do it at least in this case??

SME crash playbook is getting predictable: Preferential warrants → 25% upfront → promoters quietly raise stake at 30–50% discount → zero market price discovery. If intent is investor-friendly, why no open market buying or buyback near IPO price? Eleganz & Pushapa Jeweler

SME investing: we obsess over EV/EBITDA, PEG, order book & cash flows… but miss the real driver — promoter intent + shareholding pattern. Ordinary-looking stocks didn’t fall ₹1, while “big-name backed” ones crashed 40–70% once SME gurus & flipper QIBs exited.

Coffee Can investing failed: Admitted the architect whose AUM crashed to Rs4500cr from Rs 12500Cr! Another OVERHYPED method has also FAILED. FPOV Investing! 😁 "Factory/ Promoter Office Visit" Investing is faring miserably for the factory visitors as well as followers! 😧 There are so many examples which YOU KNOW. Here are three samples! 1. OWAIS METAL & MINERALS 2. TBI CORN 3. IEML The hit rate is as good as any ordinary investor doing blind bets. Failure is due to getting overtly INFLUENCED by the promoter story. It is very hard for anyone to not getting biased after downing few hot coffee and chicken pakodi, mixed with sweet word salad by promoter, who actually is looking for a murga to do free IPO publicity of his lousy business!

Asked someone from the industry whether foreign investors are still interested in allocating to India. The TLDR: Interest has pretty much died out. India is seen as geopolitically exposed, especially to an oil shock. There are no real AI plays. Valuations are rich. And the rupee situation doesn't help. On top of that, investors who were sitting on gains have taken money off the table and are now looking at markets like Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Europe etc instead. He also pointed out that our LTCG/STCG structure and the increase in STT have made India less attractive compared to other markets that are seeing inflows. If we need to attract FPIs back, and we do, fixing this feels like pretty low-hanging fruit.

INDIA WAS ON THE SIDE OF THE AGGRESSOR, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN. #PAKISTAN IS BROKERING PEACE IN A WAR THAT WAS CLOSE TO GOING NUCLEAR, A WORLD WAR 3. LET THAT SINK IN. The #Iran vs America/Israel war gets a cease fire. A 14 day hiatus that will hopefully be successful and lead to the end of a dangerous conflict. The Modi government has through its disastrous diplomacy and wretched stance favoring an illegal war and its perpetrators has strategically isolated itself even as arch adversary Pakistan is now on the global high table of negotiations as an arbitrator of peace. India’s failed EAM rubbished Pakistan as a “ #dalal” using a vulgar, disparaging term. He has egg on his face today. It will stay there. The tables have turned. The damage is long term for India in both perception and likely irrelevance, as repercussions of the turbulent geopolitical situation finally play out. Islamabad is having the last laugh. Ideally, someone should resign. Now.

@REDBOXINDIA Wondering about Iran’s resilience? Now remember— A tiny refugee community from Iran, the Parsis, helped build India: Tata — industry Bhabha — nuclear power Manekshaw — military victory <0.01% population. Massive impact. Imagine full-strength Iran.

SME tax harvesting: Most big investors have large, mid & microcaps. In microcaps, small volumes can move price 15–20% → easy to create losses, switch accounts, and keep leakage near zero. In large caps, deep liquidity makes this hard → leakage is much higher.

Cheap drones + precision missiles are challenging billion-dollar assets—warships, massive armies, even advanced fighter jets. The edge is shifting: → Speed over size → Autonomy over manpower Winners? Companies building drone tech, missile systems & air defense.

SME playbook 👇 Low float = price shoots up on small buying. Promoters avoid open market… Instead → issue preferential warrants Pay small upfront, lock price today, convert later (18 months). Result? 💰 Stake increases cheaply Smart “buyback” without calling it one.

Bhakts of any political party or leader aren’t defending ideology — they’re protecting their own ego. When belief becomes identity, truth starts feeling like an attack.
