AI agents don't browse your site like humans do. They scan for schema markup, clear content, and working APIs. Miss any of those and you don't exist to them.

25 years of customer journeys, gone. An AI agent now scouts your competitors, pulls your reviews, and hands the human a recommendation. You're not selling to people anymore. You're selling to their AI.

AI search algorithms are completely changing how content gets found, and most brands are optimizing for a game that no longer exists.
In this video, I break down exactly how RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) works, what signals AI systems like ChatGPT and Perplexity actually use to decide which pages to cite, and the specific moves I've seen drive real results across dozens of client accounts.
This is the same framework my agency uses to help brands grow organic visibility as search shifts away from Google and into AI platforms.
If your content strategy hasn't caught up to this shift yet, this is where to start.

Your website isn't the first stop. AI agents are making buying decisions before your customer even opens a browser. If you're not optimized for this shift, you're already behind.

TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, every single one of them can cut your reach overnight. Stop building your house on rented land and start owning the connection with your people.

We all know LLMs love pulling from Reddit, YouTube, and Wikipedia... but which types of sites do they pull from most often?
Because in many cases, it's hard to get Reddit to talk about your business the way you want.
Here are the types of sites LLMs most frequently pull from, based on 1000 prompts.

Auto-generated videos with your brand name slapped on them? That's what happens when PMax has nothing to work with. One solid video and authentic images and you're already ahead of most advertisers running this campaign type.

Strip your brand name off your last 10 posts. If nobody can tell it's you, you've already lost the plot. AI won't save a brand with no identity. Build the voice first, then scale it.

What makes your authority grow on LLMs?
Everyone talks about brand mentions and even reviews.
But one common thing we see that very few people talk about is the number of years in business.
The longer you are around, assuming you've built a good product or service, naturally, you just tend to do better.

AI makes execution cheap. Content is everywhere. But research shows human-made content still pulls 5x more traffic than AI-generated stuff. The bottleneck was never output, it was taste.

Where are people getting answers to their questions from?
Search engines like Google still lead, especially as they adapt.
But LLMs are a huge source of information and are rapidly growing.
So much so that there will eventually be no difference between a "search engine" and an "LLM".
It will all eventually merge together.

English

Most marketers skip straight to the final output and wonder why it feels generic. The real move? Use AI earlier to explore angles, not just execute them. It's an idea machine, not a ghostwriter.

Does SEO or GEO produce faster revenue growth?
We looked at 20 sites that weren't doing SEO or GEO, and none were older than 2 years.
As you already know, it can take years for SEO and GEO to produce optimal results, especially in competitive markets... but early on, which one produces faster revenue gains?
Check out the results. GEO produces quicker revenue wins than SEO.
Now, what you don't see in the chart is that revenue growth wasn't substantial as it was early on in the campaign, but nonetheless, GEO tends to gain traction faster.

AI agents are already shopping for your customers, and if your website is not built for them to read, you are not even in the running.
I break down exactly how these agents scan, compare, and decide who gets the sale, and why most businesses will not see it coming until it is too late.
Then I walk you through the five changes you can make this week to get your site in front of agents before your competitors even know this shift is happening.
The early mover window on this is months, not years. Here is what to do with it.
