@oppo I visited ur patna service centre. U all are following initiative that u all will not keep phone for repair rather than u ask customer to wait and take it back in 1 hour. This step will only work if u have required service staff or repair person.only 1 repair person is der.

GM @oppo , I was using my Oppo Reno T and it just went off, blank screen, I called your office at Benin and they told me to press and hold the power bottom and volume up button while simultaneously plugging the phone, I've done the three button hold too and nothing is working. Did I do wrong for sticking to Oppo for 6 years now, two separate phones, why am I going through this shit right now. Over 24hours and I don't have a solution to my phone. Help, thanks 🙏
