@padresj @jeffjarvis they broke the trust relationship with the users. If I can't trust brands on twitter then I can't use it for customer service, news, etc. Trust wasn't perfect before but there was a path, they should have used humans to do validation for verified accounts.

@Nehalia it's a nose swab but it's a more expansive test. TBH there isn't much they can do for RSV. If it's flu there is theraflu but that's it.
