i'm now the proud owner of a Colnago, look forward to getting the campagnolo groupset fitted to it and a few other bits to make it fit me properly.

@ColosioMark yeah, paragon cycles, were around from the late 30s to early 60s iirc. this frameset is early 40s.

@philrush74 @Absolutemtb1 used both methods with good success, gravity bleeds are very good for flushing out older brakes with really contaminated oil.

Bike people - if you bleed your own (shimano) brakes do you syringe or gravity? Is there any difference in performance?

day out with Adam, no huge miles, just a trip to wallingford and back, coffee, banter and riding my 1960 claud butler which is so comfortable,on par with my singlespeed and my jones.

having a customer come into the shop with her son because he wants to talk to me about all the bikes i own is amazing, glad we were quiet enough i could spend some decent time chatting with both of them. Truly heartwarming experience! @Absolutemtb1 @UKMTB_Chat

@Absolutemtb1 for me it's because things like alcohol, smoking etc are so normalised in society people forget the dangers, there's too many positive angles put on activities, alcohol and smoking especially are seen as things to be done to be social, to be able to relax, have fun.

It’s not MTB but I’ve seen a lot of hate for this Enhanced Games. It seems to be being done under close scrutiny of doctors from what I can see. What I don’t get is where’s the outrage for Alcohol, smoking, drugs, obesity? Things that are far more likely to kill “normal” folk
