What’s the hold up? Airline number on your website brings me to a useless AI line. Would like my suitcase back pls

@manairport Hi, I arrived from Abu Dhabi on Friday and had a connecting flight to Aberdeen via loganair. It's 4 days and and nobody knows where my bags are. I have prescription medication and cannot get them as it's holiday period. U have caused me anxiety and sleepless night
