Provenance has to start before the product.   A network built on a permanent record cannot have a disposable past.   XENEA is being built to carry the data that will train AI. Origin, custody, history, verifiable by anyone, forever. That is what provenance means as infrastructure: it cannot be added later.   A consensus mechanism designed to scale to 3.8 million randomly selected nodes cannot be validated by a closed team of engineers. Distributed by design means distributed from the start.   Ubusuna has been running since early April with live Proof of Democracy consensus, deployable smart contracts, and an open explorer.   That is why Gem Campaign Season 3 exists in the form it does.   Transaction sent on Ubusuna from XENEA Wallet now counts toward the campaign. The activity that earns rewards stress-tests the consensus layer that AI data will eventually depend on, and becomes part of the network's permanent history.   Participants are doing more than farming points. They are co-authoring the origin of an infrastructure designed to outlive the company that launched it.   Open to anyone, validated by everyone, recorded forever.
