@PGATUOR Nope, there’s demand for at least 36 more holes in my area but no one has stepped up to take the risk yet

Are there any new golf courses being built near you? Everyone complains about how courses are too packed nowadays. More courses need to be built to keep up with Supply and Demand, but it seems that this isn’t the case.
