Working on my 5e-compatible tome of monsters. How does this look for a two page spread? Do the tables look useful for running a glabrezu as an NPC, especially on the fly?

Definitely needs a callout box on the mechanics, but it is really looking great overall. One thing you might consider doing to save space in your monster manual is to clump a bunch of motivations together that all demons share and put them under the general "demon" entry, if there is one. Then, you could have a very short list of individual motivations for the specific demon varieties, to differentiate them from each other. So, a smaller list of common overarching goals for all demon-kind, and then a smaller list of individual motivations by type. And that could carry over to other "planar races" like angels or devils, etc.
