One of many drawings by the children of Gaza (2011) that Jewish organizations pressured an Oakland children’s museum to cancel.
Community leaders say the shutting down of the exhibition is the result of a disturbing — and well-funded — campaign to silence Palestinian voices across the US.
I will be posting all the drawings over the next week, we'll have our own exhibition for them.

i hope people realize that this is done purposefully to try and claim that there is fighting in "the middle of nowhere"
erasing villages, cities, and towns to claim there are no casualties, no refugees fleeing, no forced displacement

Apple has removed Lebanese village names in Southern Lebanon. As Israel invades, they are already setting the state to justify occupation. I’ve never seen something like this.

مساء اليوم وأثناء تنفيذ مهمة إنسانية في موقع على طريق بلدة بيت ياحون, تعرضت فرق الصليب الأحمر اللبناني للإستهداف المباشر من مسيرة إسرائيلية، فأدى ذلك إلى استشهاد المسعف حسن بدوي واصابة مسعف آخر بجروح طفيفة وجرى نقلهما إلى مستشفى تبنين الحكومي.

I understand it can be hard for readers halfway around the world to absorb headlines like this over & over. Fatigue for stories of faraway grief is natural.

Depuis, la totalité des secouristes interviewés dans la 1ere partie de mon papier pour @Politis_fr ont été tués par l'armée israélienne.
Y compris cet homme âgé que j'avais photographié après une frappe sur un centre de santé au Sud-Liban, mi-mars.

Quand j'ai bouclé ce papier en début de semaine, 32 secouristes libanais avaient été tués par Israël. Aujourd'hui ils sont 51. Le message israélien est aussi celui-ci: au Liban aujourd'hui comme à Gaza hier, le droit international ne nous importe pas.

Absolute bombshell. Dr Éveline Hitti, chair of the emergency department at the American University of Beirut completely shatters Israel's fake narrative of targeting combatants. She reveals that while less than 1% of casualties in Ukraine are children, in Lebanon it is 14%, and in Gaza a staggering 30%. Pure evil exposed.

I just found these photos of the schoolwork of 9-year-old Ritaj Rihan, who was shot in the head and killed by Israeli terrorist forces yesterday in a classroom tent in northern Gaza.
One photo shows Ritaj’s practicing handwriting. The words on the page were orange, banana, and apple.

The other photo shows her solving subtraction problems. She was murdered in front of her teacher and peers, leaving behind only these unfinished lessons.

I got back home, said hi to my mum and from the look on her face I already knew.
I asked her “who died?” She couldn’t respond and instead with her fingers signalled 6.
Her cousin one of them, her friends from the village and one of my childhood friends.
