@steffangoold The taxi claim is not in place from Guildford to Haslemere but the station staff should help you get to Haslemere, may I ask what you have been advised at the station? ^MC

@SW_Help They said the last service left at 7.24 and there should be one at 8.56.

@SW_Help I spoke to station staff and they also said taxis have not been authorised but all trains out of Waterloo seem to be delayed or cancelled.

@SW_Help Thank you for confirming, I am about to arrive at Guildford but there are currently no trains showing to Haslemere until 20.39 (if that leaves Waterloo on time). Are taxis now authorised from Guildford to Haslemere?

@steffangoold Hi Steffan, taxi claim-back is authorised between London Waterloo and Guildford. Make sure to book it between two stations and keep hold of your taxi receipt and train ticket. You can claim via the form linked here: southwesternrailway.com/contact-and-he… ^LB

@British_Airways 55 hours of delays on 3 flights, 1 cancellation, 1 lost bag, 2 days stuck in Italy, 1 hour on a plane with no air con with a 5 month old baby and a 5 year old. I've travelled with BA for 25 years and have never had such a terrible experience... sort it out

@British_Airways What a diabolical farce of the company you are, flew out yesterday on BA173, you have lost our luggage, Zero communication, left numerous messages with your US Baggage line, no return of call. You literally have spoilt our holiday. Shameful customer service.
