@TransUnion has the worst support I’ve ever seen they request bank statements for some reason to locate your transaction. Even from zepto, amazon I can get refunds easily. I just hate this company. Their app sucks. The data is inaccurate. And support team sucks #cibil

@TransUnion Could you please check why my CIBIL score dropped from 830 to 750? I have also noticed that some accounts that were previously marked as closed are now showing as active in my CIBIL report. Kindly review this discrepancy and provide clarification at the earliest.

@TransUnion I'm demanding the correction of inaccurate reporting on my Self Help Credit Union account (#146640860****). The account is currently reporting as: "Paid, Closed; was 30 days past due." The account should report ONLY as: "Paid and Closed." Despite being notified of this dispute, TransUnion continues publishing inaccurate and misleading derogatory information that is negatively affecting my FICO score, creditworthiness, financing opportunities, and lending decisions. Under the FCRA, consumers are entitled to maximum possible accuracy in credit reporting. A paid and closed account should not continue to carry inaccurate derogatory remarks that create a misleading impression to lenders and automated underwriting systems. I'm requesting an immediate correction, a reasonable reinvestigation, and removal of the inaccurate late-payment notation. #FCRA #CreditReporting #ConsumerRights #TransUnion #CreditScore #CreditAccuracy
