Ireland has lost a true music icon, with the passing of Moya Brennan @BrennanMoya the lead singer of @ClannadMusic . Loved by all who knew her, Moya always had an aura of warmth and kindness about her. Our sincere condolences to her husband Tim and children, Aisling and Paul.

On this Ash Wednesday, Days Of Ash is released as a self-contained collection of five new songs and a selected poem - American Obituary, The Tears Of Things, Song Of The Future, Wildpeace, One Life At A Time and Yours Eternally (ft. Ed Sheeran & Taras Topolia). This new EP is a response to current events, inspired by the many extraordinary and courageous people fighting on the frontlines of freedom. Windmill Lane Pictures, linked to the iconic Dublin studios where U2 recorded their early music, has announced its immediate closure due to insolvency. The post-production facility, based on Herbert Street, has been a significant part of Ireland’s creative industry. The company informed its 31 employees of the decision on Wednesday. Directors cited rising costs, rapid technological changes, and intense international competition as key factors behind the closure. Although separate from Windmill Lane Recording Studios, the business carried a legacy tied to U2 and other major acts, marking the end of an era.
