Update on the Ozempic (day 2) - I didn’t want coffee this morning, had water. Had some soup around 1 pm and it’s now 10 pm and every time I burp it still tastes like soup and I still feel like I just finished eating it. Haven’t felt any hunger all day.

I feel like as an overweight person I don’t deserve to wear cute outfits or celebrate holidays or have cute haircuts or wear makeup or wear jewelry or anything really.

Update on ozempic day 8, today was dose 2. Officially down 11 lbs. struggled a bit with food cravings today. No nausea, no stomach issues, slower digestion. Very stoked for this week. Hoping to lose another 4-5 lbs.

Nothing worse than buying a whole case of soda and not realizing they’re full sugar until u get home. Devastating bro.

Ozempic day 7- 24 hours until next dose. Slight hunger creeping back in. Total weight loss over the week - 11 lbs.

Ozempic day 6, was finally able to poop today. Feeling ok, not hungry. Had a bit more to eat yesterday and today still feeling full. Down 7.5 lbs.
