Being great at recruiting HS student-athletes. 2. Developing that talent within the program. Ron Rose and staff have consistently done an awesome job at both of those. It's allowed the Titans to reload time and time again the last several years - after losing great classes to graduation, and as star players with 5th years of eligibility pursued grad degrees elsewhere (Matt Leritz, Cody Mitchell, Ryan Sroka, Nick Roper, etc). IWU doesn't have another Noah Cleveland on the roster (no one in Division IIII does)...but the Titans will have a loaded roster again next season and be a national contender again - because they recruit and develop so well. #d3hoops
