One simple "Yes" can change a life! Several years ago, a young woman asked me if she could attend a leadership gathering. She wasn't "ready" or "qualified" yet, she was just curious. I told her "Yes." That one word gave her permission to explore her calling. Today, she’s pastoring a microchurch and reaching people who otherwise might never have been reached. We often use "No" to stay organized, but "Yes" is what starts movements. When someone brings you a dream, a step of faith, or a new idea, don't just filter it, lean in.
