Folks I am aware of an Ex Police Officer who Committed Suicide yesterday; he said something inappropriate on a WhatsApp about a colleague it wasn’t too Appalling & could have been dealt with but someone complained;
He resigned & he’s Now Dead; it was a Final Written Warning at most; I know his name rank & force;
Pushed to SUICIDE with absolute no care & was a highly thought of officer & Leader;
I’ll leave it there! RIP Mate😞🙏

I read how a failed Pakistani 'asylum seeker' who repeatedly abused and raped an eight year old girl has been jailed for 15 years.
He abused her in her own home and bedroom.
She was told that if she told anyone, she would die.
I wouldn't deport him.
Under a Restore Britain Government, with the British people's approval, the death penalty would be reintroduced for such evil and undeniable crimes.
He would be put to death.
If you rape a young child, you do not deserve to live.
It's that simple.

Drilling for more oil & gas in the North Sea won't lower bills, it won't make us more energy independent and it won't insulate us from price shocks. A Labour backslide on this would be a huge betrayal. Double down on renewables. Insulate every home. Lower bills, permanently.

There's at least one billboard like this as drivers approach Bradford. There's no attempt to give an English translation, no web address for the curious. All of this is deliberate. It's a low-level expression of territoriality, corroding trust in communities sorely in need of it

44 years ago today, during the Falklands War, my husband stood on the front line defending our British flag in the South Atlantic.
This is him on the left, captured in this moment after the battle, hands on his head, taken as a prisoner of war. He fought with courage alongside his comrades in the bitter cold and harsh conditions, doing what so many young British servicemen did, answering the call to protect British sovereignty. Until ordered to lay down arms by the Governor Rex Hunt!
Today we remember the bravery of all who served in the Falklands. The ones who came home, the ones who didn’t, and the families who waited and worried. 🫡🇬🇧
To my husband - I’m so proud of the man you were then, and the man you are now. Thank you for your service. 🫡❤️🇬🇧
It makes me furious to watch spineless traitors like Keir Starmer eagerly handing over our sovereign lands at every opportunity and betraying everything people like my husband and his comrades fought, bled and suffered for 🤬🇬🇧
