Katie Couric says that corporate media today is a "real problem": "Whether we’re talking about ABC paying $15 million to the Trump library on what should have been an on-air correction by George Stephanopoulos or CBS paying $16 million from what almost every legal expert said was a specious lawsuit about the editing of the Kamala Harris interview [on '60 Minutes']. That was obviously because they wanted the [Paramount/Skydance] merger to go through, and it was so obvious. That, to me, is a real issue in in media today, and I found that really deplorable. Tucker Carlson is not our friend. He should not be welcome into civilized society as if he did nothing wrong. We can happily watch the MAGA movement self-destruct without mistaking Tucker as a good person. In 2021, while still at Fox News, Tucker Carlson privately texted about how much he hated Trump. Private texts also revealed that he knew the 2020 election was not stolen from Trump. Tucker would then go on air and say the exact opposite to 10s of millions of Americans: that Trump was the best president ever and that Dominion voting machines were totally rigged. He intentionally told destructive lies to Americans en masse for career gain & profit. He would do the exact same today, just from a different angle. Tucker Carlson helped mainstream the Great Replacement Theory by planting the seeds into millions of Americans heads on primetime Fox News. Tucker Carlson doesn't genuinely care about human rights, or the 'sanctity of Islam'. Remember, the enemy of your enemy is not ALWAYS your friend...

One of the Sandy Hook families lives in hiding 1500 mi away from their baby’s grave due to people stalking them. The graves of multiple children have been defaced. One of the fathers had to submit DNA evidence to prove his son was a REAL HUMAN BEING after Alex Jones’ book said he never existed.

The Onion says it has — after 17 months of legal wrangling — successfully landed a deal to take over Infowars, the right-wing conspiracy-fueled site run by Alex Jones. In November 2024, the Onion revealed its winning bid for Infowars, which was sued into bankruptcy (as was Jones) after the families of victims in the Sandy Hook mass shooting won a defamation suit judgment in 2022 against Jones, who had repeatedly lied and posited baseless conspiracy theories about the massacre. The Onion’s parent company, Global Tetrahedron, will pay $81,000 a month to license the infowars.com domain name and associated intellectual property.
