Richmond’s sidewalks are so bad that this woman’s power chair was stuck on a hump, and she was trapped. I was biking to see a friend and she called out to me for help. No drivers stopped to assist her. Broken sidewalks have real world consequences and limit people’s mobility. ♿️

“Safety is a shared responsibility.” Tell that to this driver who crashed into two parked cars, throwing one up onto a family’s front lawn. The speed limit here is 25mph. I was walking on the sidewalk one block up. Thankfully no one was hurt.
