INTENTION changes everything! Two athletes. Same starting point. Same exact program.
But one keeps improving… and the other stays stuck. Why? Athlete A is just going through the motions. Showing up because they have to. Checking the box.
 Athlete B shows UP. Every rep has purpose. Every drill has focus. Every session has effort behind it. That’s the difference between average and elite. Lift the weights

As injury rates continue to rise in women’s soccer, strength training remains the most powerful form of protection. Skill development improves performance, but only strength changes tissue capacity, joint stability, and tolerance to high-speed loading.

Like many others, been saying it for years. Anyone who discourages your child from playing multiple sports does not have your child’s best interests in mind. Period.

Parents of spring sport sport athletes ⛳️🏃‍♀️⚾️⚽️🥎🥍 🎾 🏊‍♀️ If your 16-year-old student-athlete isn’t willing to make their own meals or get to bed on time, they don’t really want to be elite. Let’s be real if they have a license, a cell phone, spend hours scrolling, and drive one of your vehicles… they’re capable of structuring a routine that supports their goals. Winter isn’t the time to coast — it’s the time to dial in your nutrition, sleep, hydration, training, and daily habits. Don’t say you want a D1 scholarship if your work ethic looks like intramural effort. Tough love today! There are athletes out there grinding, hungry to get better. And they’ll outperform the ones relying on “talent.” Champions are built in the offseason.

Athletics capped off an awesome first week of summer workouts. Over 140 athletes thru the weight room this week in addition to team and individual workouts!

Seniors for the Varsity football team met tonight with the Coaching Staff to enjoy some camaraderie and start discussing next season. They selected their accountability teams to help organize the workouts for this summer.
