These new “immigrants” need a place to live, so the corporate person or someone connected to them rents an apartment. 3. Once a non-applicant “tenant with a new job” moves in they start milking the system - including tax payer assisted FHA loans. 4. Once the FHA loan is ready, they buy a house in the suburbs with our hard earned tax dollars - then bring the rest of their family from overseas to join them. 5. And, re-sublease the apartment illegally and underneath the apartment complex. Neither house or apartment hits the market ever again. And, the cycle continues. It’s a “step up basis” from the 3rd world to your nice suburban neighborhood in just a few short years.
