randomly talked about weekend plans with a lady at my gym and she told me that her best friend passed away 8 years ago giving birth, so her and other girlfriends corrordinate with the father to bring the daughter to Houston and rotate weeks with her in July. they do activities, tell her stories about her mom, show old pictures, and take her to all of her mom’s favorite places. this weekend starts her week! probably the sweetest thing i’ve heard all year! 🥰🧡🥹😭

This is the heaviest have been in my life so I have paused the gym in the meantime. I tried jogging tonight and this is how fat chics must feel. My cardio is shit, my back hurts from jogging and my calves are tight. Can't have that. Lifting weights ≠ fitness.

I hate the new gym culture. Back then it used to be old baggy clothes and worn out sneakers. Now it’s these fancy new clothes, sneakers, nice bottles, colored water et merde. This needs to stop.
