@soph_llo Small steps add up. I spent a couple years saving up a good amount to feel comfortable making this move. Then I went through Reddit subs like /nycroommates & /nycapartments and found an apartment with 2 guys that needed a third roommate at an affordable price.

@air_b Yeah it could be a great life changing move :) You can always sublet for as long or short as you like to see if itโs right for you before committing to a long term year lease. This also gives you a chance to see which areas in the city youโd prefer to live in
