Building the Foundations of a New Safeguarding Model Jim Gamble QPM, Lead Auditor for the Church of England’s Independent Safeguarding Audit Programme and CEO of INEQE Safeguarding Group, has released a formal response to GS 2429. He welcomes the strategic direction for new safeguarding structures, noting they are directly supported by evidence from 23 independent audits completed to date. The trajectory of progress is clear but structural change is essential to maintain momentum.
