New feature: AI filtering in Lead Finder Now, when you perform a Lead Finder extraction from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, you have the option to activate a toggle, which if activated, will use GPT-5 nano to remove leads that don't match the ICP you searched for. One of the biggest problems that people face when extracting leads from tools like Sales Navigator or Apollo is that the leads that are shown by these platforms don't always match the search criteria that you entered. Using AI, we are able to significantly improve the accuracy, meaning you will only reach out to people who meet your ICP, resulting in higher reply rates and lower spam complaint rates. For example, if you search for "founders" in the "private equity and VC" industry, you can be sure that the leads provided by our Lead Finder will match this correctly.

New feature: Filter schedule You can now filter the "Sending schedule" in your campaigns. This allows you to see exactly when each email will send in your campaign. You can filter by status or date.

We recently pushed a couple small improvements to our Sales CRM feature: - You can now Bcc when replying to a lead in the Sales CRM. Previously, we only allowed Cc, but you now have both options (Cc and Bcc). - You can also append your signature to your reply in the Sales CRM. Previously, once the lead responded to your original email, we would not continue appending your signature to further emails in the conversation, but we now give users the option to include this if desired.

We're pushing a lot of product improvements over the next couple of weeks: - AI filtering in our Lead Finder: We will use AI to remove leads that are not part of your ICP when performing Lead Finder extractions from LinkedIn Sales Navigator. For example, if you search for "CEOs" in the "Private Equity" industry, then we will give you the option to automatically remove any lead that the AI determines to not fit this search criteria. - Make . com integration: We're releasing an integration to Make's app store that will allow you to add leads to your campaigns via Make, and also export leads that reply to external platforms (also via Make) - Workspaces feature: V1 is already live, but we are adding final functionality over the next couple of weeks. - Aged email accounts: Users will be able to order "aged" Google Workspace email accounts from our done-for-you service, meaning you can start sending immediately and skip the wait period. - Sending schedule improvements: When you launch a campaign, you'll be able to filter the "Sending schedule" so that you can see exactly when your emails will be sent. We have a lot of other improvements being worked on too, but the above are some of the main ones coming soon.

Lead Finder update: Users can now extract more than 2,500 leads at a time with our Lead Finder. Previously, we limited each extraction to 2,500 leads because LinkedIn Sales Navigator only shows 100 pages in their search results pagination, and each page contains only 25 leads, so the most leads that we could extract was 2,500. This is a common problem with all Sales Navigator extraction extensions. However, we recently released an update that takes the base search url, and breaks it into multiple sub-urls, meaning that even if you have more than 2,500 leads in your search, you can still extract all of them, since we automatically perform multiple sub-extractions with sub-urls for you. So if you search for leads in Sales Navigator, and there are 20,000 leads available (for example), then you'll be able to perform just one extraction, and it'll capture all of these leads. This makes the process 10x easier compared to before.

New Feature: Done-for-you email setup service You can now order Google Workspace email accounts directly from your Emailchaser account. This was a highly requested feature, since the email setup process was one of the biggest blockers preventing new users from launching campaigns. We are adding multiple improvements to this feature over the next few weeks, such as the ability to purchase "aged accounts" and other important functionality.

For anyone thinking about implementing cold email into their business in 2026, here's the top three things you need to understand: 1. Your offer is the most important factor affecting the success of your campaigns. - You can do all the technical stuff right, but if your offer sucks, people won't reply. - Your product or service is part of your offer, because if you are selling a product or service that no one cares about, then people won't reply. - Assuming you have a product or service that people really want, you need to make an offer that is too good to refuse. Often, the offer you make in your cold email is a specific offer you created just for your cold email campaigns. Some offers convert better when targeting cold leads; get your foot in the door, and upsell later if needed with your main offer after you've already built a basic relationship. 2. Your lead data source can make or break your campaign. - Using a cookie-cutter lead platform like Apollo is often not effective. - You need to think about where your ideal customers are located online, then do whatever is required to make a list of them; this might require you to use a custom scraper and enrichment process, but there are tools like Apify that can help with this. - You will have a much higher reply rate if you mention the lead's first name in the email, and email them directly (not contacting generic company addresses like info@ or support@ etc). You should go the extra distance to find the name of each lead, and their direct business email like name@company.com 3. Google Workspace email accounts still outperform other provider types (usually). - Google Workspace email accounts will always perform well, since most people in the world use Gmail accounts, so Gmail will trust incoming emails from other Gmail accounts more than random email servers they don't control. - If a domain or email account is burned, then it's best to discard it and replace it with a new email account on a new domain. There's not much evidence to suggest that an email account or domain can be "recovered" after it's burned, and even if it could, it's more efficient to just replace it and keep contacting new leads.

Up until now, we've been laying the foundation, and now we're starting to focus on functionality that serious senders need to scale their outbound: - Dedicated server and custom OAuth options - White-labelled workspaces - Fully built-out API for automating outbound workflows - Major improvements to Lead Finder to be the most accurate lead source - Global Analytics and general analytics/filtering improvements - More integrations - Focus on simplicity for the end user

Important updates: - Users can now control if an email in their sequence is HTML vs plain text. You can control this for each email in your sequence. For example, if you want email 1 in your sequence to be plain text, but email 2 and 3 to be HTML, then you can do this. - Users can now control if follow-up emails are sent in the same thread as previous emails in their sequence, or as a separate email. More improvements to our create campaign flow coming soon.

We've made some recent updates to our Lead Finder which improved the email find rate for extracted leads. As you can see in my screenshot, this extraction is finding emails for 83% of leads from LinkedIn Sales Navigator. All of these leads are double-verified (using two different verification providers), meaning that your bounce rate will be under 1% (assuming you have healthy email accounts/domains). Despite the above improvements, the search criteria you input is still a large factor affecting the email find rate percentage, since some categories of people (like self-employed plumbers) are less likely to have valid professional email accounts.

New Feature: Automatic Google spreadsheet updates If you connect a Google spreadsheet to your campaign in Emailchaser, then we'll update your spreadsheet with the following data as leads are contacted: - Contact Status - Response Status - Contact History - Response Categorization - Skipped Reason If a lead replies, we will also show this in your spreadsheet, automatically. This is particularly useful if you want to see the status of each lead without logging into your Emailchaser dashboard.

New feature: Double-verification Now, when you're creating a campaign in Emailchaser, you can double-verify all leads that you upload. This ensures that your bounce rate stays 0%. The reason why our double-verification works so well is that we use two different email verification providers, so that only leads that are marked as "valid" in both providers are contacted. This gives a level of accuracy that other sequencers don't offer. Additionally, we give two options: - Contact "valid" - Contact "valid" and "catch-all validated" Our ability to validate catch-all emails helps you maximize the number of leads that you can reach out to.
