The day Modi ji took charge as PM, Dr Manmohan Singh's Cabinet Secretary from 2011 onwards, Sh Ajit Kumar Seth came to meet Mahamanav with a big fat file and said, "Dr Saheb has suggested that you look at this file carefully". Mahamanav took the file and went pale as he flipped through the pages because the file contained a lot of dirt on him. Modi looked shaken and asked Seth, "How did this reach you?' Seth answered calmly, "As Cabinet Secretary in the PMO, all important files come to me." Modi ji meekly returned the file and got the hint good and proper.
