Whatever it is that you want to do, adopt the label that is attached to that. Then ask yourself what these types of people do. If you want to start a business, become an entrepreneur. If you want to start working out, become a gym rat.

For example, healthy people make decisions through the lens of "how will this affect my health" because they see themselves as healthy. Because of this, it's easier for them to say yes to the gym and no to that extra donut.

Do you want to know why certain people find it so easy to do the things they do? It's because of their self-perception. They adopted a certain view of themselves which has become a part of their identity. They then make choices from that viewpoint.

Dudes with $500 in their bank account will look at everything as "risky". "Oh better watch out, starting a business is risky." Good sir, you are broke. That is the BEST time to be risk on. Nothing to lose.

@danmartell It would be best if you tried finding people on a similar path or people who believe in you as this will make the journey faster and enjoyable.

When you start to improve yourself, loneliness is the price you pay.

There is a way out for those who truly want one.

If all you can do is take small steps out of your comfort zone then that is the best place to start.

Learning to detach from the outcome removes pressure from yourself to control everything which allows you to be more authentic. It also removes the expectation for someone or something to fulfill the desires you've placed on them.

@BuildWithAdam That's so true, I think it's partly because they look at their favorite creators and think they got their following quickly when it really took them months or years. I know once I understood this I was able to temper my expectations on building an audience.

I feel like nowadays, When people look for ways to build a strong audience, Being patient is not even an option.
