X lists should be deleted.
90% of lists are used to target conservatives and harass them and track them. They serve no other useful purpose.
There is not even an option to opt off lists, and there are so many that doing it one by one is impossible.

Followers do not see our content and vice versa. It's across the board. Small, medium, and big accounts. People are losing motivation and feeling very demoralized in posting. They can't grow their accounts. It feels very structured in what you can post and what you can't post. Not to mention, lists are a problem. Endless harassment from the left. K*ll lists are being implemented. Safety is a huge issue now. Mass reportings to take down conservative accounts. Last but not least, please fix the block button. People shouldn't be able to quote post me that I have blocked. They shouldn't be able to see me. Out of sight out of mind. The harassment is off the chain on X.

We tried something. It didn’t work. And we took those learnings and decided to reward Articles instead of single posts. Articles have grown 20x since December and they are now the largest blogging product on the internet by traffic. In consumer product development, you sometimes take non-linear paths to discover opportunity.

I’ll add this, the public algo shows that posting in bursts is punished.
So now everyone is rationing what they post and spacing it out so algo doesn’t hammer them.
This is opposite of how humans like to post. They get emotional, passionate, they fire off a tweet storm.
That’s gone now. Feels dead, and I can’t really get passionate about stuff anymore.

We need to teach Korean investors to stop listening to game journalists.
Odds are the game offers something unique, everyone says that. It also offers a lot of rough edges.
The only numbers that matter, and investors should take this to heart, are Steam numbers.

Used to be you could see if your post was doing well in seconds, creating a rush that made you want to post more,
Now it’s a slow burn. I check how my post is doing 24 hours later as it will do nothing for hours and then suddenly start to get views.
No instant feedback is death for a game and also dead for incentivizing posting.
X has become a horrible trapped, grinding feeling for creators who feel like they have to figure out some obscure AI puzzle or be locked in a tiny box forever.
You probably improved the readers experience, but at the cost of human vitality and creator morale. Long tern that’s not good.

You get what you incentivize for.
Right now there is zero incentive to build an audience because followers don’t matter.
Right now there is zero incentive to add your thoughts to a topic because “first to post” and dedup means first post gets the lion share.
Huge incentive to automate and be “first to post” exhausting for human creators and encouraging use of AI.
Zero incentive to post on your niche because the only thing that matters seems to be viral slop. X used to be known for thinkers. Now it’s automated news aggregators that gets the views with zero thoughts.
Articles seem to get traction, but are a poor substitute for the pulse of seeing posts from those you follow all chiming in on one topic. Network effects dead.
There is definitely some kind of suppression going on, probably related to the block signal. I’ve run multiple tests with accounts my size, posting identical content down to the minute, and consistently get 5 to 1 to 10 to 1 suppression.
