the way some of you guys talk about katara is genuinely so disgusting & infuriating. you claim to be her biggest advocates but use such degrading & misogynistic language to refer to her. it's almost like you want to punish her for "choosing wrong" according to your preferences.

aang was NOT naive. he knew her deep down, way better than zuko did which is why he gave her appa bc she needed to go on this journey. the ending literally proves tht aang was right about wat katara needed. also, the only mocking in this scene was zuko towards the air nomads..-

Also, why are they acting as if Hakoda was some sort of feminist. Katara resented him for leaving, he was in a war, didn't have time, what strong daughter did he raise๐ญ not to mention he didn't raise her to fight she was raised within the gender norms of her village???
