UNIDENTIFIED IN TEXAS #BABYMADISON On Sept. 17, 2016, the skeletal remains of a young child were found in a suitcase off Interstate 45 near Madisonville, TX. Investigators believe she had been deceased for 3–5 months. She is believed to be a White or Hispanic girl between 2 and 6 years old, with long, dark hair. She was found wearing a pink dress with butterflies and the words “Follow Your Dreams.” The child had a feeding tube and would have required medical care. Pollen and genealogy research suggest possible ties to the Southwest U.S., Mexico, or El Salvador. This is a facial reconstruction of what she may have looked like in life. Help give her back her name. NCMEC Poster: missingkids.org/poster/NCMU/12… NamUs: namus.gov/UnidentifiedPe… Have information? Call 1-800-THE-LOST.

NCMEC is grateful to the Guthrie family for their generous donation and for their efforts to raise awareness about other missing people across the country, including missing children. Here are just a few children missing in Arizona whose families are still searching for answers: missingkids.org/blog/2026/sava…
