@sivori I'm so dumb, Sivori. It took me twenty years to realize that when people told me I had good kids, they were complimenting my wife and I, and not the kids.

People with tidy yards and well-cared-for plants and potted flowers are almost always wonderful people. The type of care and encouragement required to love something so well that it flourishes cannot be faked. You can also judge people by their children this way.

How are you going to integrate your soul into source if you can't integrate these vegetables into sauce, bud?

@sivori I agree with you here. I would add that it's valuable to be able to prepare the best possible food. Moral boosting. It also provides an opportunity to demonstrate love for one's fellows without speaking at all. It's a very good skill.

More men should cook. To cook well requires traits that can only reach their climax in an integrated masculinity: sensitivity, creativity, desire, industry and above all love.
