Last Friday we invited our school governors to our Success Sharing Afternoon. We talked about events we’ve organised, projects we’ve worked on and the progress we’ve made on our action plan. They asked us lots of questions before enjoying a chat and a cake with us #TeamRYF

Today the rest of our Eco Warriors visited Llys Nant Y Mynydd. We had a fab time learning about moths and minibeasts with Becky and Paul. We also enjoyed a cool drink and a chat with some of the lovely residents. @UnitedWelsh @rhosyfedwen

Last Friday, some of our Eco Warriors visited Llys Nant Y Mynydd to help weed and prepare a raised vegetable patch. We had a fab time learning lots of gardening tips from one of the residents and enjoyed a cool drink and a chat with some lovely ladies @UnitedWelsh @rhosyfedwen

Today we found out about #Fairtrade We talked about farmers being paid for the food they grow. We had Fairtrade chocolate and strawberries for snack and then drew the Fairtrade logo #EthicalInformedCitizens @FairtradeUK @RyfEco @rhosyfedwen @FairTradeWales

We've been learning about fairtrade! We watched 'The Story of Chocolate', tried fairtrade food and followed instructions to make fairtrade hot chocolate @rhosyfedwen @RyfEco @FairtradeUK #FairtradeFortnight #EthicalInformedCitizens
