about Butler PA: to believe that it was not staged requires a suspension of disbelief/skepticism beyond what is required to believe it; there are arguments pro & con, but pro (staged) arguments are more numerous. however, there are contrary arguments, that it was not staged, that are plausible, too.
but so many questions unanswered.

contrary to my tweets on this fraught subject, I don't really have strong feelings about it; my interest has always been the credulousness/gullibility of (some) fellow Americans. how/why do they believe what they do, often fiercely, when there is no evidence to support their beliefs; or, in the case of Butler PA, much to question honestly, objectively. it is a longtime fascination with human personality, the "stories we tell ourselves."

The leftโs views on guns are totally contradictory. On one hand, they demand strict gun control laws. On the other, their social justice crusade requires not enforcing them.

Stop what you're doing and watch this. This is absolutely insane. This creep is arrested for chasing two 11 and 12 year girls in Gretna Nebraska. When questioned about his motives, Zachary Vinton claimed he "Wanted to have sex with them" Vinton has now been released on bond, and Gretna Public Schools has encouraged their students to USE THE BUDDY SYSTEM while this predator roams the streets. What the hell are we even doing?
