@FrancisLReid @RichardHills_ Spent the earlier part of my life working in the UK in the headquarters for driver testing, most senior driving examiners saw the focus as prioritising increasing driver education and retesting rather than speed limit enforcement first.

Crazy how much cheaper Europe delivers infrastructure. This programme includes 200km of cycle lane for NZ$100m. Auckland's cycleways cost $1-12m/km, or an average of 12 times more.
