Nothing about their development is impeded, you wouldn’t be able to tell them apart from their peers. Stop framing your hatred as concern for kids.

Id rather kids remain in the system then be raped and molested. Lets ask ourselves why majority of kids are in the system...because their shity parents didn't want them, they were stripped from the parents due to neglect or abuse, some other family member didn't step up and offer to raise them...the list goes on. End of the day adults are the reason they are in there.
