Amen. For more than 33 years, Jim Clyburn has gotten more powerful in his DEI district. Yet he opposes school choice, child-support enforcement, anti-crime measures, and other crucial reforms to help his poor black constituents escape poverty. Good riddance, Jim.

My understanding was during the 1980's the Bush Administrations and the GOP both national and state made a "Gentleman's Agreement as the South went from Dem to GOP that would allow Black Democrats like Clyburn to keep their districts and kinda like the Mafia Syndicate not go into the others "Territory". Now with Trump and the SCOTUS decision that 'Michael" err, Trump has resolved all family business for the GOP.
