@HDFCBank_Cares This is what #HDFCBank does after logging cases. They will call once for formality and close the case. I called in return but he never picked up the call. This clearly how you all provide services and claims that service is best in class. @HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank @CarebyHDFC_HL

My jio Airfiber connection is down since ystrdy. Multiple follow up but no tech visits,only fake promises. Called customer service they said tech will visit & they can't do anything and hanged up. #loot

@JioCare That's what you are doing since 25th & your tech team called me stating they dnt have time to visit , probably becoz it's home connection. You all need just money & no service. Pl understand people business work on internet. Who will compensate for loss .Pl take your router back

@reliancejio @JioCare your jio care number on app 18008969999 is not in service. Your agent who provided connection switched off after collecting 6 month amount. None of the promised OTT is working. Pl avoid this fraud. #poorcustomerservice

@reliancejio since last few days noticed that my data from jioFi gets stolen. eg yesterday I turned on jioFi at 10:35 & within 10 min 3GB DATA exhausted.This is really poor #CustomerService and kind of fraud. If u can't give good service we're happy to use @airtelindia @vodafone
