We’re building a new standard for hiring: -Escrow-Backed: Companies lock a hiring bonus in escrow. No more Ghost Jobs. -Real-Scoreboards: Inspired by @a16zcrypto "Proof of Talent". Devs apply with verifiable GitHub data. One click, zero noise. Hiring shouldn't be a gamble.

Happy Bitcoin Pizza Day!!! So interesting that one transaction became part of internet history. Today was a massive leverage day for us. Spoke with an incredible group of founders, CEOs, and investors using their raw feedback to sharpen how we position what we're building at @16Signals. So good to exchange ideas with people building for the future! @SolariansNFT

Hiring market is full of fake resumes. Instead of self-claim CVs candidates apply with scorecard from verified metrics from the tools they use for the job. Starting out with Github for developers, we bring the verification layer that is so necessary in the age of AI.

@colosseum @solana Wow! very proud to be part of those submissions! We also hosted an event here @SEABWofficial to connect face-to-face with builders and collect direct feedback on our project! Now, it's time to put those insights to work. Back to building😁

Fake resumes ? Sure, use AI to evaluate them. Agents vs Agents. This "feels" like a solution, but it's far from it. We need a verifiable way to proof skills and talent first. Only then, is introducing AI to validate and evaluate candidates, a solution.

The general consensus is that every problem can be solved by an agent. AI is a lazy bandaid slapped onto any problem, without much thought. A powerful tool that no one seems to be using to its full potential. Is your product using AI solving or causing more problems?

We actually did it. 16signals is officially in the Zero to One accelerator. Even better, we've got @ShannonKalaya, Aaron Yip, and @HarpremD backing our play and steering our market positioning!

@AvinashSingh_20 It's not about fixing up resumes or adding people on LinkedIn; it's proof of work that shows you know how to build and do the job. AI can spit out code plans and texts. But can it solve complex, real problems and give companies the undeniable signals they need to trust you?

@mariannehere While the industry drowns in AI-generated resume fluff, we reduce hiring velocity to one hour using 16 objective signals that isolate real builders from the noise. So why is your team still reading poetry instead of looking at production code?

@sickdotdev Yeaaah ghost jobs everywhere... Companies collect resumes, build talent pools, leave fake openings up forever, and SCAMMERS with their tests... will be wonderful if companies will also provide proof of hiring intent before collecting thousands of applications

@suni_code yo, we're building a system where your actual projects and work become your resume so instead of rewriting resumes for every job, your proof of talent speaks for itself. trying to make hiring more about real work and less about keyword games Let's connect😁

@Im_IrushiK love this we’re building something so devs can focus more on their actual projects and ideas instead of spending hours rewriting resumes for every single job... the goal is to let your projects and real work speak for your talent instead of just words on a resume!

@icanvardar Everybody knows SpaceX. Almost nobody can name the engineers keeping its systems alive. Talent exists. Visibility doesn’t. Private repos hide real talent. Resumes hide real capability. That’s why proof of work matters.

@Tech_girlll Because I can prove what I can do. Not with a resume. Not with interview memorization. With real work. I’ve solved problems, shipped projects, improved systems, and learned by building. The best signal of future performance is proof of work. Don’t trust me. Verify me.

We’d add one more mistake beginners make in the AI era: thinking they’re not qualified because they don’t have a big-name internship or company on their resume. Now more than ever, hiring is shifting toward proof-of-work. Everyone can generate code. Not everyone can build real systems, make decisions, fix problems, and ship working architecture. Don’t hide your projects because they seem “small.” Your real work matters more than logos.

Funny how companies trust HR filters like resumes/interviews are "objective," then swing to "wallet = talent". Same problem, different proxy. Fast signals help. But once people optimize for the metric instead of the skill, it breaks. Real challenge: proof of work that’s hard to fake.

fucking hilarious that companies still trust HR to screen talent when an agent with a wallet can evaluate someone in 30 seconds
