I woke up this morning to find that my refund of $100 has been posted by @UberEats thank you. NYers spent @ 20.1 million per week in Q1 in 2024 year on fees @UberEats. Surely they can afford to re-hire customer service agents we can speak with.

Why do we allow companies to do business in NYC when they have a policy not to allow customers to speak to customer service staff? NYers are paying more for far less service from compa it's like @UberEats and so many others

I ordered @ubereats then the immediately charged me. But when there is an issue, they want several business days to resolve it. Do I get interest back on the $100 they already charged for food the delivery guy dropped on the ground? Unacceptable!

I placed a $100 order on @UberEats and came outside to find my delivery driver picking up my food from the ground and placing it back in containers. He marked the order as delivered! Customer service no longer accepts calls, and I am out $100 and still hungry. Unaccetable!
