Another month, another dog drama. Noida’s societies never disappoint! Minor in lift. Door opens. He sees a woman with a dog. Fear grips him. Hands folded, he pleads not to bring the dog in. Woman gets angry. Thrashes the boy. Boy escapes, runs back into the lift, visibly shaken and crying. Yet another example of how reckless dog owners foster resentment toward pets and damage their reputation.
