As a young guy with big visions you have to be shocking your parents by breaking generational molds and taking massive risks. Getting ridiculously jacked to the point your parents accuse you of steroids and don’t believe in their own genetics. Getting rich to the point they think you’re doing something illegal and don’t believe to be possible for someone so young. Breaking the fourth wall to what they thought was possible for you on paper.

@0xGhostRider Not being able to pay rent when you just started building your business will light a fire under your ass like no other. Having a safety net is the #1 reason why most guys lack balls nowadays.

Every instance of stagnation ties back to lack of financial pressure. Levying financial bounties on yourself is the easiest and surefire way to snap out of any slump, no other remedy provides the same effectiveness. Synthetic grade octane for personal development, curating your network, and purging everything that doesn’t have a place in your life. Look back on anyone who’s royally destroyed their life, always traces back to taking their foot off the gas and living a comfortable existence.

@0xGhostRider The digital world is the real world at this point. Video content is king for attracting investors, business, and girls. U gotta play the social media game now or get left behind in the dust.

Influencers are the highest-paid mercenaries of capital, routing narratives, shaping consensus, and auctioning minds to the highest bidder. Capturing mental real estate globally is now infinitely more profitable than acquiring any other resource on earth. All current and future wars are being fought on this plain given physical lands and assets have largely been conquered.

@ThinkAppraiser I got 740k for my 3/2 1k sqft flip in South LA. Affordable newly remodeled entry level homes fly off the shelves.

I'm going through this exact scenario right now. They sent offer for COE of 4/13. Lender and appraiser had major issues and the buyers agent kept delaying taking contingencies off. Sent a notice to perform and their side took contingencies off and sent an extension for 4/30 when the buyers agent had told my agent over the phone for new COE to be 4/25. Sent a per diem addendum we'll see how that plays out. Ideally it comes out of the buyer's agent commission.

We accepted an offer on this flip based on a 4/30 close date. Day one under contract — lender says 5/15. Buyer’s agent hasn’t said anything or sent a supplement. Whether that was a negotiating tactic or just incompetence…neither is acceptable. How are you handling this?

Getting a private gym membership is an immediate life quality investment you should make when you start making money in a big city. Separate yourself from normies and you surround yourself with higher caliber people who hold themselves to a high standard. Everyone is in shape and has something going on. You’re constantly around wealthy business guys and pretty girls. Hard to not be social and make valuable relationships in this environment.

@0xGhostRider I would whip the beamer I had up and down california at high speeds every other month for three years straight. Dudes are out here too scared to put 500 miles on a used 2017 bmw in one trip and getting depressed over some small scratch on the bumper. Absolutely pathetic.

Extremely bizarre seeing dudes idolize their possessions, trying to keep them as pretty as possible, buying them for price appreciation. Should be running your possessions into the ground, striving to have the highest mileage “collectible” worldwide, roadtripping them across state, letting your friends enjoy them, etc. Sign of the times, no one talking about this.

Nobody is talking about how Gen Z is entering a generational crisis right now. They’re absolutely drowning with the cost of living and debt. They can’t afford to pay their rent anymore or buy a full tank of gas since their job doesn’t pay enough to live or they’ve been laid off. Every other tiktok reel recently is some zoomer girl in shambles complaining and crying that she can’t afford to live life anymore. The zoomer guys are giving up and checking out of the real world and hiding inside all day since money is too scarce of a resource for them to spend. If they don’t live with their parents the majority of them will soon be facing eviction and bankruptcy. They’re all going to be crying in the corner soon and some already are. More important than ever to make more money and build solid cash flow.
Wall Street Apes@WallStreetApes

Young Americans are losing it and having mental breakdowns because they just can’t afford to live “I'm f*cking stressed out. I'm f*cking stressed. We should not be working like this. I work my ass off and I can't even f*cking pay bills — All of sh*t just pointless” The cost of living in America has to come drastically down. Americans can’t afford bills, they can’t afford a home, they certainly can’t afford to start a family An estimated 70% of Gen Z struggle to pay rent, an estimated 53% of Millennials also struggle just to pay rent This is not the America we want to live in

Best to go offline for months at a time and come back to spill out your unique experiences and perspectives that you’ve gained from being immersed in real life. Being terminally online now is extremely low ROI if you’re not making money off of it or building a following and producing content.

@realestatedude0 Very annoying they have to remove that rule. I’ve had to reopen escrow with buyers when the 90 days have past and it causes uneccesary issues sometimes.

Having money hit the bank every single day or having a massive wire hit once every few months is the best way to make money. The gaps in between hits keep you hungry, driven, and in a constant state of finding your next win. While cash hitting everyday keeps you in a constant upbeat energy. The biweekly paycheck life conditions you to be subservient. A carrot dangling on a stick. Just enough to keep you complacent.

@shawngorham I’ve been getting beat for on market fixers in South LA. It’s beyond competitive at least 10 other offers with one being way higher than the rest of the pack. Gardena/Hawthorne are the most extreme.

Want to see how competitive flipping is in So Cal? This house had over 20 offers. I made an offer because I had done one close by and was very confident in the numbers (plus I am a deal junkie) I got a savage rejection email Would you have done this deal?
