@shuntedmdphd I love my pregnancy pillow. Im a side sleeper and it helps so much
English

@shuntedmdphd @RNingScissors Same, no shunt but pulsitile tinnitus is loud
English

@RNingScissors Interesting, sounds like puslatile tinnitus. I'm excited to see what other healthcare providers think too!
English

Do you think people with brain shunts for hydrocephalus, IIH, cysts, etc, can hear them? Please let me know your thoughts whether you have one, treat patients who do, or are not even sure what a shunt is.

@ky_hunnie13 Have your dad build it! Couple pieces of wood and a tarp for the sand to sit in!

@jointdocShields @TheRealTechRN I think refrigerated it would be fine, certainly couldn't tolerate it frozen. Even with a horrible migraine, my pain (all over my body) has been worsened by ice 🧊 😫
English

@TheRealTechRN It’s awful. It’s like a really cold vise grip on your head - I hate it
English

@stuboo miss you. Archive only, did you move to the Meg full time
English

@shuntedmdphd Yes! I was an ICU nurse but my mental and physical health just couldn't take it. Like I want to, but my body says no. And so does HR when you need anything. So now I work at home 🏡
English

Healthcare is so clueless about the experiences of patients. This is why we desperately need more physicians with disabilities and yet medical training does everything it can to exclude them.

@AshleyGWinter My sister had to plug up and stand in the corner of the bathroom when she needed to pump for my niece 6 years ago. No coverage and completely vulnerable.
English

@EEEaley @thesavvymd @nursekelsey I do surgery on my dogs toys all the time otherwise we would have cotton everywhere and no toys! Plus its fun to suture
English

@thesavvymd @nursekelsey Surgery on dolls and stuffed animals is one of my specialties! This was a “port” I made for dolls for our peds outpatient infusion clinic.

@DrSandman11 So sorry for this tragedy. I hope the lost pets are found safe and the ones hurt recover okay. Prayers for the continued safety and generosity of neighbors who are helping 🙏

@EEEaley I said well by the end of the year something will hve to be done due to the rapid progression
English

@23SavannahB 🙄Ugg sorry. Also, that’s your choice not theirs. Informed consent.
English

@EEEaley I told them the kids part is not a factor. And they said because the surgery is not very long lasting basically 10 years id have to have it redone so many time so they wnt to push it. But let's be real. Having it at 27 or 29 is no different
English

@EEEaley I was told we have to wait till its so bad I can't stand it bc I'm young 26 and no kids. But its gotta be fixed soon.
English

@23SavannahB Ouch! Sorry. I’m ready to get a hysterectomy for the Adenomyosis & hope it helps reduce some pelvic floor pressure.
