India has had blasphemy laws for a while now, it is just not formalised. When a man is lynched to death over allegations of consuming beef or even carrying beef and then the state subjects the dead man to trial - nothing else but a humiliation ritual - is blasphemy law but without the formalisation part. When cow vigilantes regularly torture people, while the officials provide the necessary aid, it is blasphemy law but with the formalisation. Much of it is manifested and practiced in the Jim Crow belt of India.

What sort of little tit expects a song recorded in 1970 to be "evolved" on trans rights? Anyway, the lyrics of "Lola" *aren't* hostile to the title character; they're actually rather sweet, and even progressive, by the standards of the era. Eminem was SO right about this schmuck.
