Disappointed with @WestJet & @Trips_com. Booked a flight Feb 28, 2026, using my @RBC WestJet World Elite @MastercardCA, expecting my free checked bag benefit. Upon check-in today, WestJet refused it, claiming rules changed & bookings must now be made directly on their site. (1/2)

Because @Trips_com used a different card to remit payment, my @RBC @MastercardCA details don't show in @WestJet's system—even though I was billed. Forced to pay out of pocket for bags. @CTA_gc, this is a terrible experience. RBC, Mastercard & WestJet need to fix this loophole.

We only booked our flights a week before we left so the who was gonna get into her spot was gonna have to pop out 10k in 2 weeks which is short notice.
Also we did try to cancel but we were gonna forfeit 50% of the accommodation money cause it was already fully paid.

A good story, slow burn, "neat" action/thriller movie, a breath of fresh air. I liked that it didn't follow the stereotypical, well decorated green beret, medal of honour, hollywood cliche marine veteran. The plot-twist with that police? I didn't see that coming. A solid 7/10.
