We've been made aware that a WAF Rule we deployed today has unfortunately caused some sites to get a 500 error. We've implemented a fix on our side to prevent the issue from occurring on sites that have not yet been updated and we are continuing to work on a fix for sites that have updated to the latest rules. We sincerely apologize for this mistake and we will provide you with updates as soon as we have them!

Especially in light of circumstances around the pandemic, you should waive no-show's and cancellations like this for ALL.

Dear @sheratonhotels, we have been part of @TheOfficialNMUN in NYC and have stayed at Midtown location for 15 years w/ ~30 students. My univ and state (CA) has banned travel until 5/31, but you refuse to refund $16k that students fundraised. How about credit towards NMUN 2021?
