@42ndWashington @BobFergusonGov 3 acres, clearing 3/4 of an acre. You pay 1/2 when you apply and the other half when they issue the permit. Approx $1600 for the LDA (land disturbing activity ), $900 for forestry, $2550 for the building permit X 2 payments.

I just finished paying for my permits for my raw land development (teeny tiny project). I have had to pay the county TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for LDA, forestry permit and building permit in a state where we are under projecting new builds by 10,000’s. @BobFergusonGov WTF ?!? 🤬
